TechFlow, July 17 — According to The Block, tokenized money market fund platform Spiko has raised $22 million in a Series A funding round.
The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from institutional investors including White Star Frst, Rerail, Bpifrance, and Blockwall, as well as angel investors such as Revolut co-founder Nikolay Storonsky, Kyriba founder Jean-Luc Robert, Bridge co-founder Zach Abrams, Wise CTO Harsh Sinha, and Blackstone’s Co-CIO Lionel Assant.
The platform aims to help European businesses earn daily cash yields through tokenized money market funds. The funding will be used to expand Spiko’s tokenized money market fund operations, offering European firms more cash management options.
