TechFlow, July 17 — According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement by Fourth Paradigm, on July 17, 2025 (prior to trading hours on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the company entered into a subscription agreement with subscribers. Under the agreement, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for, and the company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue, a total of 25.9 million subscription shares at HK$50.50 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$1,307,950,000.
