TechFlow news, July 14 — According to Jinshi Data, Meta CEO Zuckerberg stated that META will invest hundreds of billions of dollars in artificial intelligence. SemiAnalysis recently analyzed that Meta is poised to become the first lab to deploy a supercluster exceeding 1GW. Zuckerberg also said that Meta Superintelligence Labs will have industry-leading computing capabilities and will be the most compute-intensive lab per researcher to date. Zuckerberg added that Meta is actually building several multi-GW clusters, with the first named Prometheus, scheduled to come online in 2026; Meta is also developing Hyperion, which could scale up to 5GW within a few years.
