TechFlow, July 7 — According to an official announcement, the KOGE team 48 Club stated that due to a backend logic error, the first user who clicked to claim the reward mistakenly took the entire prize pool originally intended to be shared among 2,713 users. The total amount was 1,807 KOGE, worth approximately $86,736. The funds from the user's address have since been transferred to Binance.
48 Club said, "We hope this user will proactively contact us. If you are willing to return the funds, we are willing to let you keep 50% as a bug bounty, thanking you for your white-hat behavior. If we do not receive any response from this user, the address will only be eligible to rejoin the KOGE trading competition after 2,713 weeks (approximately 52 years)."
