TechFlow, July 2 — The Monad Foundation announced today that it will host one-day Blitz hackathons in Hangzhou on August 2 and in Beijing on August 16. These events aim to provide a platform for developers, Web3 innovators, and tech enthusiasts to deeply engage and explore the development potential of innovative Web3 applications through hands-on experience with Monad's high-performance parallel EVM chain. Attendance will be selective, with participants evaluated based on technical background, development potential, and passion for Web3 infrastructure.
Event Agenda:
-
Morning: In-depth technical sessions on Monad’s architecture and developer tools;
-
Afternoon: Hackathon session—participants may compete individually or in teams of up to three members building applications on the Monad Testnet;
-
Evening: Project demos, live voting, and award ceremony. Voting will be conducted jointly by official judges and developers, with the final interpretation of rules reserved by the Monad Foundation.
Each Monad Blitz hackathon offers $2,000 in prize money: $1,000 for first place, $600 for second place, and $400 for third place.
