TechFlow, on July 4, according to Jiemian News, the official public account of China Minmetals Corporation Limited issued a statement saying that recently, China Minmetals discovered illegal activities in which entities were using the name of China Minmetals and its subsidiaries to conduct external operations and sell products. In this regard, China Minmetals has verified the relevant circumstances.
The statement said that China Minmetals does not have subsidiaries named "Minmetals North Marketing Center" or "Minmetals New Energy Industry Group." China Minmetals has no association whatsoever with Liang Hongjun and Hu Changfeng, who are referred to as "responsible persons" of the aforementioned entities. China Minmetals and its subsidiaries have also never conducted international gold or Bitcoin wealth management business through websites or WeChat public accounts.
