TechFlow news, on July 3, according to analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, an Ethereum whale who has held ETH for eight years transferred 4,123 ETH (approximately $10.51 million) to the Gemini exchange nine hours ago when ETH price approached $2,600. This is the largest single transfer from this address since 2024. The address accumulated 21,662 ETH at an average price of about $569 through Gemini and Kraken in 2017. Since 2024, the address has gradually moved ETH to Gemini, though previous transfers were mostly small-scale, ranging from dozens to a hundred units. To date, this whale has cumulatively transferred 6,361 ETH (approximately $16.03 million) at an average price of around $2,520, fully recovering its initial cost of $12.33 million. Currently, the address still holds 13,538 ETH (approximately $34.94 million), all of which have now turned into pure profit.
