TechFlow, June 20 — According to Bitcoin.com News, Brazil's Ministry of Justice and Public Security has issued a notice seeking software solutions to track the location and movement of various cryptocurrency projects nationwide, with a contract period of 36 months.
The software must be capable of analyzing transaction data across multiple blockchains, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Binance Smart Chain, Dash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, Solana, Tron, Ripple, Polygon, and Avalanche. The system must support queries based on parameters such as IP addresses, cities, countries, and cryptocurrency asset receiving addresses.
The project is planned for implementation in the federal capitals of 15 Brazilian states. The Brazilian government aims to enhance its ability to combat cryptocurrency-related crimes through this tool. Over the past 12 months, authorities in Brazil have conducted four large-scale operations involving dozens of search warrants and arrests related to illegal cryptocurrency activities and money laundering.
