TechFlow news, June 14 — According to Cointelegraph, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced several key personnel appointments, including Jamie Selway, former Global Head of Institutional Markets at Blockchain.com, who will serve as Director of the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets.
In addition, Brian Daly, a law firm partner with experience in the crypto sector, will join to lead the Division of Investment Management. This move comes as U.S. lawmakers are reviewing the CLARITY Act, which aims to clarify regulatory authority between the SEC and the CFTC in the digital asset space.
