TechFlow news, May 15 — According to CoinDesk, Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley denied reports at the Consensus 2025 conference in Toronto that the federally chartered crypto bank is under investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
McCauley stated that the company has instructed its legal team to investigate the allegations, and their findings confirmed the reports are false. Earlier, business media had reported that DHS’s El Dorado Task Force was contacting former employees to investigate the company's operational practices and policies.
