TechFlow reports that on May 14, according to official sources, the Ethereum Foundation announced the launch of the "Trillion Dollar Security Initiative" on May 14, 2025, aiming to comprehensively enhance the security capabilities of the Ethereum ecosystem to a level capable of supporting global economic infrastructure. The initiative will conduct full-spectrum security assessments across all layers of the Ethereum technology stack, implement targeted improvements, and strengthen security communication. The project is led by Fredrik Svantes and Josh Stark, with support from three blockchain security experts. The Ethereum Foundation also calls on community members to provide feedback through designated channels and jointly participate in this security upgrade initiative.
