TechFlow, May 13 — According to the Financial Times, Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency investment firm Animoca Brands plans to list in New York. Executive Chairman Yat Siu said the Trump administration's relaxed regulatory stance on digital assets presents a "unique opportunity" to enter the world's largest capital market.
Animoca Brands reached a valuation of nearly $6 billion through multiple funding rounds in 2022. Yat Siu revealed that some companies within its portfolio, including cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, are also considering listing in the U.S. this year or in early 2026.
