TechFlow, April 27 — According to on-chain analyst Ejin, the hacker who stole $23 million worth of assets from Bitrue in April 2023 has again sold remaining assets on-chain: exchanging 150 billion SHIB for 1,090.4 ETH (approximately $1.97 million), and 135 million HOT for 76.5 ETH (around $140,000).
Earlier reports indicated that the hacker had stolen assets including ETH, QNT, GALA, SHIB, HOT, and MATIC from Bitrue in April 2023, totaling $23 million at the time. In March 2024, they sold 4,207 ETH; today, they liquidated the remaining SHIB and HOT holdings on-chain into ETH.
