TechFlow, April 23 — According to Cointelegraph, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced it will no longer refile its securities fraud lawsuit against Hex founder Richard Heart. This follows a court decision dismissing the SEC's original complaint, ruling that the agency failed to establish jurisdiction over Heart's activities. Heart called this a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech.
