TechFlow, April 2 — Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms announced on X that it has signed a preliminary agreement with Macquarie Group to secure up to $300 million in private debt financing to support the development of its high-performance computing (HPC) project at Panther Creek, Pennsylvania. The agreement includes an initial drawdown facility of $50 million, with full funding available upon completion of final documentation.
