TechFlow news, April 2 — According to Crowdfund Insider, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Assets Task Force announced it will host four roundtable discussions to explore the development of digital asset markets.
The themes for the four sessions are as follows:
April 11: "Tailoring a Regulatory Framework for Crypto Trading";
April 25: "Key Considerations for Crypto Custody";
May 12: "Asset Tokenization: Where Traditional Finance Meets Decentralized Finance";
June 6: "Decentralized Finance and the American Spirit";
Hester M. Peirce, SEC Commissioner and head of the Crypto Assets Task Force, said these roundtables will provide the agency with an opportunity to hear experts discuss regulatory issues and potential solutions the Commission could pursue. Meanwhile, the U.S. Congress is advancing legislation related to digital asset markets. All roundtable discussions will be livestreamed to the public.
