TechFlow reported on March 18 that Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) praised the exchange's newly launched Alpha 2.0 feature on X, saying, "This is a brilliant move. It allows CEX users to directly purchase any DEX token from within the centralized exchange without withdrawing funds. Kudos to the team who came up with this idea (I wasn't involved)."
He also predicted, "I think other CEXs will follow suit, and DEXs will gain more trading volume."
