TechFlow reports on March 17, according to The Block, Aave founder Stani Kulechov stated that, based on DAO consensus, no new token will be created for Horizon, Aave's proposed product.
The proposal indicated that if a token were issued, Aave DAO could receive a 15% allocation along with revenue-sharing arrangements. However, many opposing users argued that a new token might dilute the value of the existing AAVE token and undermine AAVE's status as the sole governance and utility token.
