TechFlow news, March 12 — According to Jinshi Data, U.S. February CPI data came in comprehensively below expectations.
The U.S. February annual headline CPI (unadjusted) was 2.8%, the lowest since November last year;
The U.S. February monthly CPI (seasonally adjusted) rose by 0.2%, the lowest since October last year.
The U.S. February annual core CPI (unadjusted) was 3.1%, the lowest since April 2021;
The U.S. February monthly core CPI (seasonally adjusted) rose by 0.2%, the lowest since December last year.
Following the release of the CPI data, the U.S. Dollar Index (DXY) dropped over 30 points in quick succession, trading at 103.34.
