TechFlow news, March 11 — According to Bloomberg, Clearstream, the post-trade division of Deutsche Börse, announced on Tuesday that it will begin offering cryptocurrency settlement and custody services to institutional clients starting this April.
As stated in a March 11 announcement from Clearstream, the company plans to provide Bitcoin and Ethereum services for its 2,500 clients through Crypto Finance, a subsidiary acting as sub-custodian. Clearstream also intends to expand support to other cryptocurrencies in the future and offer additional services such as staking, lending, and brokerage.
