TechFlow news, on March 11, the Base official account recently posted a tweet promoting Grok's token launch on its network, sparking strong dissatisfaction from Kawz, founder of time.fun.
Kawz commented: "I've spent months building an application on Base, yet never received a promotional tweet from the official Base account. Meanwhile, some posters simply诱导 Grok to loosely outline token details and issue a token with no real utility, earning them front-page coverage and attracting a flood of speculators."
time.fun had previously received investment from Coinbase Ventures but has recently migrated from the Base network to Solana, gaining support from figures including Solana co-founder Toly.
