Trump's trade policies are beginning to deliver expected results, bringing manufacturing and jobs back to the United States. Caution remains warranted regarding discussions of recession, with the economy projected to barely enter positive growth territory in the first quarter. Uncertainty surrounding trade policy will be resolved by early April.
