TechFlow news — CZ shared an idea on Binance Square for a cryptocurrency-based paid social platform aimed at addressing the rampant spam problem in current social media.
The core mechanisms of this platform include:
-
KOLs/celebrities can verify their identity by linking their X or LinkedIn accounts and set their own BNB price for receiving messages;
-
Users must pay upfront to send messages, and if the KOL does not reply within 5 days, 50% of the fee will be refunded;
-
The platform takes a 10% commission, with the remaining 90% going to the KOL;
CZ stated, "Based on my personal preference, the default setting should limit maximum message length to 2000 characters—approximately two pages—and disallow images, attachments, and virus downloads."
YZi Labs might invest in a project that builds a solid MVP using BNB/BSC as the primary payment option. Coding and security audits should take only a few days or a week. If the platform proves secure enough, I’ll be its first user."
This platform does not require launching a new token nor adopts a time-tokenization model. CZ believes that while this model may not completely eliminate scammers, it can effectively raise the barrier and improve the quality of social interactions.
