TechFlow news, on March 7, according to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Task Force has released the list of panelists for its inaugural industry roundtable meeting. The event, themed "How We Got Here and Where We're Going—Defining Security Status," will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on March 21 at the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The session will be moderated by Troy Paredes, founder of Paredes Strategies LLC. Twelve participating lawyers and scholars include: Collins Belton, Managing Partner at Brookwood P.C.; S.H. Brennan, Legal Director at Delphi Ventures; Chris Brummer, FinTech Professor at Georgetown University Law Center; NY Crypto Lawyer, Co-Chair of CahillNXT; Coy Garrison, Partner at Steptoe; Teresa Goody, Partner at BakerHostetler; and Miles Jennings, Legal Director at a16z crypto, among others.
