TechFlow reported on March 5 that Tim Beiko, Protocol Support Lead at the Ethereum Foundation, posted an update on social media stating that the Sepolia testnet encountered technical issues after completing the Pectra upgrade. "We are investigating an issue caused by a custom deposit contract on Sepolia, which has led to problems with some execution layer (EL) clients, including transactions in blocks."
