TechFlow news, on March 3, according to Jinshi News, Jean Rausis, founder of decentralized exchange SmarDex, said that U.S. President Trump's announcement of plans to establish a U.S. strategic cryptocurrency reserve could significantly boost the cryptocurrency market, and emphasized that the recent market sell-off over the past few weeks is "irrelevant."
In his commentary, Rausis stated: "When Trump says he wants America to become the world's cryptocurrency capital, he means it. In this context, the minor sell-offs we've seen recently are completely irrelevant—they merely present an opportunity to buy at lower prices. For cryptocurrency traders, the prospect of the U.S. establishing a cryptocurrency reserve is far more important than worrying about tariffs potentially dampening appetite for risk assets."
