TechFlow news, March 3 — According to Crypto Briefing, AI infrastructure startup ClustroAI has recently completed a $12 million Series A funding round led by Forum Ventures, with participation from MetaBlast, Metaverse Group, Bing Ventures, Sky Ventures, and other institutions. This brings the company's total funding to $15 million. Previously, the company secured a seed round led by NVIDIA.
The latest funds will be used to advance distributed AI technology, enabling enterprises to run AI directly on local and edge devices—reducing reliance on cloud computing while enhancing data privacy and cost efficiency. Chris, founder of ClustroAI, said the company has built standardized AI protocols and frameworks based on foundational edge-side technologies, allowing businesses to flexibly deploy AI on local devices or edge servers without depending on remote cloud infrastructure.
Chris added that ClustroAI’s technology architecture containerizes AI computing, enabling AI models to operate efficiently in edge environments such as smart terminals, industrial equipment, and autonomous driving systems. The platform supports advanced AI applications including large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC), and voice translation.
