TechFlow reports, on February 13, according to an official announcement, decentralized AI consumer layer project MyShell will conduct a token generation event (TGE) on BNB Smart Chain in collaboration with Binance Wallet and PancakeSwap from 10:00 to 21:59 (UTC+8). The offering aims to raise 800,000 USD worth of BNB by issuing 40 million SHELL tokens, representing 4% of the total supply.
Users can participate in the sale using BNB at a price of 0.00003175 BNB per token (approximately 0.02 USD), with a maximum allocation cap of 3 BNB per user. Distribution will be proportional to contribution amounts, with no vesting period. Tokens will become tradable on Binance Wallet DEX and PancakeSwap starting at 22:00 on February 13.
