TechFlow reported on February 12, according to the Wen Wei Po, that National Committee member Ng Ka-chung will submit several proposals at the upcoming National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in March. The proposals include improving the digital asset circulation mechanism to promote deeper integration between the real economy and the digital economy.
The proposal also recommends applying blockchain technology to build an information encryption system to combat cross-border telecom fraud, as well as establishing a multi-party coordination mechanism and enhancing cross-border judicial cooperation through specific measures.
