TechFlow news, according to Bitcoin.com, Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas recently harshly criticized Europe's cryptocurrency policies during an interview on the Lunaticoin podcast. He likened Europe to a "museum," saying the region "lacks any investment vitality," and compared it to a "zoo," implying that European citizens are being placed under regulatory control in preparation for the forced adoption of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
As one of Mexico’s wealthiest entrepreneurs and a well-known supporter of Bitcoin, Salinas emphasized that Bitcoin is an effective tool for circumventing government financial controls. He stated, "The Bitcoin world offers people a new alternative—a gateway into another financial universe. By storing your savings in Bitcoin, you gain the ability to transfer assets anytime, anywhere, achieving true freedom of asset movement. This is precisely the solution to counteract the centralized control of CBDCs."
