TechFlow reports, on February 7, Oneness Labs issued an official statement announcing that it has become a shareholder of Lingkong Games through acquiring company equity held by Troy Dunniway, co-founder of Lingkong Games. The statement noted that senior management from both parties have maintained close communication over the past four months, engaging in in-depth discussions on token empowerment models.
Oneness Labs stated it will use its shares in Lingkong Games to provide value support—including but not limited to token buybacks—for the SHOWA token, aiming to create the world's first true RWA gaming token. Regarding Lingkong Games' false statements, Oneness Labs said it will take legal action.
Previous report, Lingkong Games denied any collaboration with Oneness Labs and denied involvement in the issuance of the SHOWA token.
