TechFlow news, according to Jinshi News, on January 27 the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) approved two additional virtual asset trading platform licenses, granted respectively to PantherTrade, a subsidiary of Futu, and YAX, a subsidiary of Tiger Brokers. This brings the total number of licensed virtual asset trading platforms currently operating in Hong Kong to nine.
According to information from the SFC, there are still nine virtual asset trading platforms awaiting application review, among which five are considered provisionally licensed.
