TechFlow news, January 27 — The TON team has released its technical roadmap for the first half of 2025. Key updates include the mainnet "Accelerator" kernel upgrade, launch of the payment network L2, and enhanced smart contract capabilities with TOLK 1.0. Additionally, TON will introduce BTC Teleport cross-chain functionality and optimize validator tools and the Toncenter API.
TON will deepen research into sidechains and introduce new transaction standards, including pending transaction IDs, secure signatures, and multi-account generation mechanisms. The team will also collaborate with leading community projects to continuously improve user experience and further strengthen ecosystem infrastructure.
