TechFlow news, on January 15, according to Fortune, Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group, said that the cryptocurrency business tripled last year, accounting for 25% of the group's total revenue, with Bitcoin trading making up nearly 50% of the crypto business. By the end of 2024, the exchange had held €4.3 billion in crypto assets for clients.
Voelkel stated that Trump's election and his vision of building a "Bitcoin nation" are driving market expansion. The exchange has now attracted more than one million German-speaking clients, including institutional and individual investors. Notably, Voelkel revealed that he personally invests in Bitcoin, expressing confidence in its characteristics of limited supply and steadily growing demand.
