TechFlow reported on January 9 that, according to CoinDesk, Solana is pushing validators to test an early version of Firedancer. Frankendancer, the preliminary version of Firedancer, is expected by Solana's core developers to eventually handle most of the network's processing capacity. The official release date for Firedancer has not yet been confirmed. Currently, Jump Crypto has only launched Frankendancer, which integrates elements from both Firedancer and Solana’s primary client architecture.
