Most institutions anticipate a price target of $200,000, including Standard Chartered and Carol Alexander, Professor of Finance at Sussex University.
CoinShares forecasts a range between $80,000 and $150,000, Matrixport expects $160,000, while Galaxy Digital projects $185,000. Positive drivers include the Trump administration's crypto-friendly policies, continued institutional capital inflows, growing ETF demand, and improved global liquidity. Standard Chartered specifically noted that even a small allocation to Bitcoin from the US's $40 trillion retirement fund would significantly drive up prices.
