TechFlow reported on December 17 that, according to Bloomberg, Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek met with Trump at a golf resort in Florida. Sources said the two discussed appointments related to the cryptocurrency sector, including positions within financial agencies, Congress, and the incoming administration, as well as appointments concerning a potential Bitcoin reserve.
A spokesperson for Crypto.com stated: "We look forward to working with the new administration to establish and advance clear regulatory frameworks for the crypto industry, enabling the United States to become a global leader in digital assets and innovation."
