TechFlow reported on December 16 that following Musk, Meta has also filed a complaint with judicial authorities demanding to block OpenAI's transition into a for-profit company. According to reports, Meta wrote to California Attorney General Bonta, stating that allowing such a shift would "have significant implications for Silicon Valley." Meta urged Bonta to take "direct action," while also asserting that Musk and former OpenAI board member Sutskever are both "qualified and capable of representing the interests of Californians in this matter." Previous report, Musk filed a preliminary injunction against OpenAI, seeking to halt its commercialization efforts.
