TechFlow reported on December 15, according to News.bitcoin, that the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has received a total of 420 applications for Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) licenses. Of these, 248 applications have been approved, 56 are under review, 9 have been rejected, and 106 entities withdrew their applications after the FSCA expressed concerns about their business models.
