TechFlow reports that on December 2, a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revealed WisdomTree has submitted an application for the WisdomTree XRP Fund, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that issues common shares of beneficial interest. The fund is set to be listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. under the ticker symbol "TICKER." The investment objective of the trust is to provide exposure to the price of XRP, minus the trust's operating expenses and liabilities. The Bank of New York Mellon ("BNYM") serves as the sponsor, fund accountant, and transfer agent for the trust.
