TechFlow reported on December 2 that Santiment posted on social media: "XRP's price surged to $2.49, breaking above this level for the first time since January 8, 2018. Data shows that wallets holding between 1 million and 10 million XRP have accumulated 679.1 million XRP (currently worth $1.66 billion) over just three weeks since November 9. Additionally, the total number of non-empty XRP wallets has surpassed 5.5 million for the first time, setting a new record in the cryptocurrency's more than eight-year history."
