TechFlow news: On November 27, a necessary agreement was reached between President-elect Trump and the current Biden administration on November 26 local time, allowing Trump's transition team to coordinate with existing federal staff prior to his January 20 inauguration. Under the congressional-authorized agreement, transition team members may collaborate with federal agencies and access non-public information, while government personnel are also permitted to communicate with the transition team. However, Trump has refused to sign another agreement with the General Services Administration (GSA). That agreement would allow his team to use government secure office spaces and email accounts, but requires the president-elect to limit donations to $5,000 or less and disclose the list of individuals contributing to the transition effort.
