TechFlow news, on November 23, according to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the CSRC released eight financial industry standards including the "Communication Guidelines for Blockchain General Infrastructure in Regional Equity Markets." The financial industry standard "Communication Guidelines for Blockchain General Infrastructure in Regional Equity Markets" specifies communication guidelines between general financial infrastructure based on the dual-layer architecture of "supervision chain–local business chain" and existing systems in regional equity markets. It clarifies six types of communication protocols—user registration protocol, asset registration protocol, fund mapping protocol, asset mapping protocol, transfer management protocol, and settlement management protocol—including the involved systems, key data objects, business scenarios, and operational instructions. The formulation and implementation of this standard will help fully leverage the supporting role of the dual-layer blockchain architecture ("supervision chain–local business chain") for existing business systems, promoting the transformation and integration of legacy systems.
