TechFlow news, November 21 — According to The Block, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced a delay in its decision on Franklin Templeton's filing for a cryptocurrency ETF. The fund intends to hold both Bitcoin and Ethereum and is planned to be listed under the ticker EZPZ on the Cboe BZX Exchange, with Coinbase Custody Trust Company LLC serving as the digital asset custodian. Franklin Templeton submitted the registration statement for this product in August 2024. The SEC stated it requires additional time to review the proposal and related issues.
