TechFlow reported on November 19 that, according to CoinDesk, Bitcoin-listed mining company Marathon Digital Holdings (MARA) announced an increase in the amount of its previously announced convertible preferred notes offering from $700 million to $850 million, with the initial purchasers' additional option to purchase increasing from $105 million to $150 million.
