TechFlow reports that on November 19, according to Coindesk, decentralized AI project Morpheus announced the launch of its mainnet. The project aims to reduce the negative impacts of artificial intelligence, such as centralization, censorship, and data monopoly control. Other similar decentralized AI projects include Bittensor, dAIOS, and Boltzmann Network. Recently, Morpheus joined the Decentralized AI Alliance, an industry organization dedicated to challenging tech giants that hold significant control over AI data. Built using the codebase of Lumerin, a protocol on Arbitrum, Morpheus went live on a public testnet or simulated environment in July. The project promises to deliver personal AI, also known as "intelligent agents," designed to empower individuals much like personal computers and search engines did decades ago. The team stated that, among other tasks, these agents could "execute smart contracts and connect to users' Web3 wallets, DApps, and smart contracts."
