TechFlow reported on November 17 that PolterFinance, a lending protocol in the Fantom ecosystem, posted a message on-chain to the attacker: "We are willing to negotiate and will not take legal action if the funds are returned promptly. Please send the funds to the designated address on the Fantom chain (starting with 0x6cA0). For further communication, please reply to this message."
Earlier report, the protocol suffered an attack resulting in losses exceeding $7 million in crypto assets.
