TechFlow news, on November 15, according to Business Insider, Elon Musk has amended his lawsuit against OpenAI, adding Microsoft as a defendant, calling their partnership a "de facto merger" and accusing them of anti-competitive behavior. The lawsuit also names Reid Hoffman, a member of Microsoft's board and former OpenAI board member, as a defendant.
