The proposal calls on the Ethena Risk Committee to set revenue distribution conditions based on protocol maturity metrics such as USDe circulating supply and protocol revenue levels. Meanwhile, Wintermute urges the Ethena Foundation to disclose historical and future protocol revenue allocation details to ensure transparency and alignment with the interests of ENA/sENA holders.
