The standard voting period is 7 days, and currently, the approval rate stands at 99.73%. The proposal suggests distributing 325 million ZK tokens within nine months, with 300 million allocated to users via six minters (capped at 50 million each), and an additional 25 million managed by four minters to cover operational and unforeseen costs. The initiative aims to establish a DeFi liquidity hub on ZKsync Era and enhance liquidity across all interoperable ZK chains (Elastic Chains).
